Ordering from Us

Once you have found the item(s) you wish to order, either by using the Category Links or by using the Search function, click on the "Add to Cart" and it will appear in the cart in the upper right corner of the screen. Continue adding items until you are ready to check out. When you press the Checkout button, it will guide you through the rest of the process.  

Items are listed to our "shopping cart" by category and most items are one of a kind. These items are photographed and can be purchased directly from the web site with the click of a button!  Please note that generic photos will be up for items under a certain price range.  Also, if there are any items with quantities the photo is for reference only and may not be the exact image of the item you will receive.

Price Lists:

Much of our inventory is listed on our price lists via PDF files. Many of these items are from countries that we stock regularly. Generally, each country or topic are included in one easy to read price lists. Items on this list can be purchased via telephone, fax, email or snail mail.  Ordering from our Price Lists cannot be done from the "shopping cart."  To order items from our Price Lists, please follow the process below.

Condition: All stamps are in F-VF or better condition unless otherwise noted and priced in $US. Please let us know if you have any special condition requirements.

Sales Tax:

All orders shipped to NY addresses include sales tax. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! Any item that does not please you may be returned for a prompt refund or exchange

Ordering from our Price Lists and Ads is simple!

1) Let us know what you you wish to order: Just let us know what you are looking for by email, phone, fax, or mail. Email or a phone call is fastest and probably your best choice if you need a quote on availability and price before ordering.

Please be sure to specify the catalog you are using and the country of the item(s) you are inquiring about. Prefer to order the traditional way? Download our order form, print it, and grab your pencil. Traditional Order Form

2) Send us your mailing information: When you contact us to place your order, please be sure to include: your name, billing address, mailing address, and phone number and/or email address. If you have any special shipping requirements, please let us know.

3) Send us your payment: Payment can be made by Check, Money Order in U.S. funds, Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard) Bank Transfer, or PayPal. Frequent buyers may pay after receipt of shipment.

Outside the US: Clients may pay in other currencies, please ask. Credit card orders: please include your name as it appears on the card, the card number and expiration date.

If You Are Mailing Your Payment Separately From Your Order: You Must Include a Copy or Summary of the Order and Order Date with Payment.

Check or money order: please be sure your name appears someplace on the document and, if a personal check, your phone number.

Canadian Customers: You may pay with a Canadian check made out in Canadian funds. If you wish to take advantage of this, please let us know so we can account for the exchange rate in our prices.

International orders: we encourage the use of credit cards as most banks handle the conversion of funds automatically.

Cash: we cannot accept responsibility for cash sent through the mail; you may send cash at your own risk.

Bank transfers: please contact us for details.

Exchanges/trades for credit: we are always buying stamps and are happy to extend credit as payment. If you have something to offer, please inquire or ship for a quote.

Shipping and Returns: Packages are generally dispatched within a few days after receipt of payment. Domestic orders are shipped via first class, numbered mail, or UPS, according to value and size. If you prefer delivery by one or the other, please let us know.

Foreign orders will be shipped by the US Postal Service. Special shipping requests such as UPS, Fedex, EMS may be extra. Shipping fees include careful packaging as well as private insurance for your protection.

Overnight and fast delivery are available at reasonable prices as well as any other special shipping instructions. Please call or email.

$501.00 and over - $9.50

Shipping outside the US:

Alternates: Although we try to keep all listed stamps in stock at all times, it is not always possible. We suggest including alternate selections when possible to avoid refunds.
