Philatelic Truck Covers – Wooster, OH Sep 23rd 1940 Philatelic Truck Souvenir Sheets 1939-1941 Covers postmarked at each stop of the tour promoting stamp collecting. Each over bears a neatly trimmed (to fit the cover) gummed Truck S/S post marked at each stop, from May 15th 1939 through Jan 1941, addressed to JM Bell employee at the Philatelic Agency in DC. His friend mist have been one of the employees on the truck who mailed one at each stop. Each Cover is Unique very divisible! Not all stops are still available.
